NVIDIA’s CEO said at the World Government Summit in Dubai that with the rapid expansion and adoption of AI across every industry, coding is no longer a viable vocation for the younger generation that might want to pursue a career in IT.
Instead, he suggested that they veer more towards the fields of biology, teaching, industry, or farming.
The CEO went on to say that because upskilling will provide some coding specialists extensive knowledge of AI programming, they may be able to stay relevant in the industry.
As stated by Huang
Our task is to develop computing technology that eliminates the need for programming. And since everyone on the planet is now a programmer, the language of programming is human. The wonder of artificial intelligence is this.”
